The management of Waterfront Village is committed to providing quality services and facilities to all our guests. We value all guest feedback and take our guest comments very serious. We are constantly monitoring independant online review and social media platforms and would like to address some of the more common concerns and questions relating to past guest experiences.
Guest comment : When we arrived I was shocked at the size of the complex, but luckily after checking in they drove us to our section of the apartments.
Recommendation : Due to the size of the Waterfront Village, we do offer a transport service to apartments located on the further side of the complex, but this is subject to availability of the transport vehicle only, we do recommend that older or less active guests specify their ETA upon booking if this service is required. Alternatively, guests using our recommended taxi service provider can be dropped off at their apartments, please contact our reception for details.
Guest comment : The small pools are unheated and extremely cold in October!
Recommendation : There are 4 outdoor swimming pools for guests use on a complimentary basis. The fifth swimming pool is a lap pool located on the roof of the Quaterdeck gym, with spectacular views of the marina yacht basin. This is the largest pool and the heating is regulated by the HOA. Please note that a fee is applicable for the use of this swimming pool.
Guest comment : It took over one hour to check us into three apartments.

Guest comment : We were then taken by vehicle to another area of the village where we then had to supply passports and have photo's taken for security, which took a further 40 minutes of mucking around.
Recommendation : 24 hour, controlled access security is present at Waterfront Village. All guests are required to have a photo taken at the security office in order to activate their access cards. To speed up the process, we recommend providing all relevant information prior to check-in, the information can then be loaded onto the access cards prior to arrival. Upon arrival only the guest picture then still needs to be taken at the security points.
