The reception area is located at the entrance to the Waterfront Village and is a welcoming space, furnished with couches and equipped with a computer for guests' use. The front desk operates seven days a week.

We also offer our tourism and travel trade clients the service of a dedicated Central Reservations office, offering specialist advice on all our accommodation options.
