The front desk in the Waterfront Village operates seven days a week from 07h00 until 20h00 daily. We have staff on duty in the village on 24 hour standby.

Our state of the art security system is a major feature of the Waterfront Village. The Waterfront Village is one of the most secure places to stay at, with full perimeter security and CCTV in the vicinity of the Superior apartments, access control at two main security entrances and video monitoring of entrances from your own apartment. Every apartment is fitted with an electronic safe for private use and the canal is also monitored by security in a rubber duck boat. |

Village and Life Housekeeping Services are offered from Monday to Sunday between 08h00 and 16h00 daily. Our housekeeping department offers guests a daily general cleaning of the apartment. A full service includes a thorough clean of both the inside and the balconies of the apartment as well as a linen and towel change.
